“Due to a scheduling mixup via Uhaul, our original movers had to leave with about 1/3 of our moving truck still full. As we were not physically able to unload it ourselves, this led to me making some frantic calls around to various movers to see who could finish the job. College Muscle Movers was the first to answer, and I’m glad they were — they were able to fit us in quite last minute, and they were great throughout the process. We have no plans to move again any time soon, but when we do, we’ll call CMM! Also, I want to give an extra shout-out to the person who answered the phone and booked our appointment (I can’t recall their name — Chloe, maybe?). I was most definitely panicking about the state of our move, and they were very kind and made the booking process super simple. A great experience all around! ”

“The face time walk through was super helpful. I had some issues with the contract as the first two that were sent expired before I could do anything with them. It was a bit hard to get questions answered between the time the contract was sent and the move date, but part of this was that I was not sure who to reach out to. This question was eventually answered.

The movers were all fantastic!
