By having a uniform process, we can ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality service. It is divided into 7 major steps shown below.
In order to offer you the best solutions for your upcoming move, the first and most important step in our Game Plan is getting to know you and understanding your needs. This conversation can happen over the phone, via email or through our website’s chat agent. Tip: Have a detailed list of what you’re moving ready. This is the main thing we consider when giving an estimate of time and cost.
Presenting the Best Solution
Once we understand the details of your move, one of our knowledgable Moving Consultants will recommend the service that best fits your needs and explain the associated costs. In most cases, they will be able to give an estimate of time and overall cost for the move. Keep in mind, the best solution at this point may be an on-site estimate, which allows us to better understand the scope of your project.
At College Muscle Movers, we work hard to accommodate our customers’ needs as best as we can. At the end of the day, it’s your space, your items and your money we’re talking about. If the solution presented to you doesn’t address all of your concerns or you think we might have missed something, let us know. We’ll do our best to offer alternatives that address the unique details of your move.
If you decide to book with us, we’ll review and confirm the details we need to get your service on our calendar, go over our deposit policy, collect payment information and check that you have all the information and supplies you need to be ready for your upcoming move. Additionally, we’ll briefly go over what the next steps are for both you and us leading up to your service. If you accidentally forget a detail or your plans change, please call as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can to adjust your service appropriately.
Once your service is officially on our calendar, we’ll double-check the details, make sure everything is in order on our end and send you a confirmation email. The email will be a click-to-sign document highlighting the details of your move and our company policies. If everything looks OK, complete the e-signature and the document will automatically be sent back to us. If not, give us a call! Many of our customers find that as their move date approaches, their needs are a little different than originally planned. If this is the case for you, let us know and we can adapt our service accordingly. Two days before your service, you can expect a confirmation call from our Operations Team to review the details of your move and answer any last minute questions you may have.
On the day of your service, your Muscle Movers will give you a call when they’re on their way. When they arrive, they’ll introduce themselves and walk through your space. The Muscle Movers will discuss their plan for the move with you, and make sure it addresses all of your needs appropriately. They will also give you updates on their progress throughout the service. Our Operations Team provides support and assistance to the Muscle Mover crews throughout the day as necessary. If you have any questions or concerns during your service, let the Muscle Movers know and they’ll do their best to address the issue or put you in contact with another member of the CMM team who can.
At the end of your service, your Muscle Movers will ensure you are satisfied with the service and address any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any issues with the service, they will take down the pertinent information and our office will follow up with you as soon as possible.
