This is a short list of most commonly asked questions.  Don’t hesitate to contact us if you don’t see your question below.


Q: Are you in insured?

A: Yes, we are bonded, and insured.  We meet all MNDOT insurance requirements of moving companies in Minnesota.  You can request a copy of our insurance policies by contacting our office.


Q: If the Muscle Movers accidently break something, am I covered?

A: Yes, we provide a MNDOT set standard insurance of $0.60/LB.  In the rare case we damaged a 100 pound table, we would reimburse you $60.  This insurance is provided to you at no cost.  We do provide additional coverage that protects up to the full replacement value of your items for an additional charge.  Contact us for details on this service. 


Q: Are you licensed?

A: Yes, we are licensed in Minnesota to move household goods.  Our license number is #373531.


Q: Should I tip the Muscle Movers?

A: Although greatly appreciated, tipping is not required.  If our Muscle Movers go beyond your expectations, gratuity is gladly accepted.


Q: Payment Methods

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and cash.  We also accept personal checks.


Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: We require a credit card to hold your move in our calendar.  We will not charge your card for a deposit.
