Q: How often am I paid?

A: Payroll is calculated every two weeks.  Your hours are automatically calculated for you, but its always wise to keep track of them for your own records. 

Q: I have class and sports, can I still get hours?

A: Yes, we use www.whentowork.com to schedule movers for jobs.  You can set your work preferences here.  We understand the commitment of school and sports, and work with you to schedule you for jobs when you are available.

Q: I have a good friend who also wants to work, can we work together?

A: Yes, we encourage it! Moving is done best with someone you know well and can communicate clearly with.  If you know someone who would make a great mover, have them fill out an application located on the links to the left. 

Q: What happens if I am not able to work a scheduled job?

A: Request a schedule change via whentowork.com.  If its the night before a job, call a member of management.  Cell phone numbers are listed under the contact information in the links to the left.  Please note that asking to be removed from a job the night before is highly frowned upon.  Please ask for time off as far in advance as possible.

Q: How do I get more hours?

A: Simply put, do a good job.  When we see you working hard, helping the customer, get good reviews, and big tips, we know you are doing a great job.  We always ask our top movers to work more!

Q: What if a job runs long, and I am late to class/sports?

A: Put plenty of time in between your other commitments when giving us your availability in whentowork.com.  On occasion, a job will run longer than expected.  We will do our best to get you back to the office in a reasonable amount of time.  Communicate with the office, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your schedule conflict. 

Q: How do I ask for time off?

A: Use whentowork.com to request time off.  Please put your requests in at least 2 weeks in advance.  Last minute requests may not be approved.

Q: What happens if we have trouble at the job?

A: Contact the office as soon as you see a problem arise.  We will work with you to solve the problem.
